Bukhori Masruri was born in Pati on October 9, 1994. He is actively involved as an Assistant Expert in Cultural Heritage Restoration, the caretaker (juru kunci) of the Sukolilo Village Cemetery in Pati, and a member of the Museum Education Community (KeMuseum) as well as the Indonesia Street Historian (ISH). His published work includes Benantara: Bentang Alam dalam Gelombang Sejarah Nusantara (2021), published by KPG. His unpublished research includes studies on the collection of the Radya Pustaka Museum in Surakarta, the historical restoration of Pracima Tuin, and a historical study of the Keraton and Great Mosque complex of the Kasunanan Surakarta. He is currently conducting research for publication on the distribution of pre-Islamic artifacts in museums and in the field with KeMuseum, as well as studies on pre-colonial gravestones in collaboration with ISH members.
